How can I get my wireless headphones to work?

I bought wireless headphones in hope that I could get sound through my MacBook Pro because the headphone jack in my computer is stuck with a piece of my headphones and i havent been able to remove it therefore I havent been able to get any sound out of my computer. So i was wondering if its possible to use my wireless headphones even though the computer thinks that im using plugged in headphones?

It would probably be best to use the USB connection on your MacBook Pro to connect to a small USB headphone amplifier such as the Arcam rPAC. http://www.custom-cable.co.uk/arcam-rpac-usb-headp... This would then enable you to connect the wireless headphone transmitter to the headphone jack on the rPAC and connect it to your wireless headphones. By using the USB output then your MacBook should automatically output the audio through there.
