As always, it very much depends on the quality (as determined by the materials used and manufacturing processes, etc) of the individual brands/models under consideration. However, generally speaking, LEDs will provide more light using less power (as efficient as CFLs are compared to Incandescent, LEDs are much more efficient producing mostly light and very little heat). LEDs are also claimed to have very much longer life-spans (GENERALLY going for tens of thousands of hours before failing), leading to less frequent need for replacement. See here for more than you wanted to know:

This higher efficiency is especially well suited to battery-operated types of lights (like emergency lights)

LED is cheapest option for battery operated option.
Because led can run direct from battery's dc power and also saves energy for long battery life span.
While CFL needed a high voltage so you have put extra circuit to convert.
CFL may damage or degrade with time and vibration. But LED will not degrades with time and vibration.

LED are more efficient than CFL. LED also cost more than CFL but they last longer, so you’ll make up the initial cost over the lifetime of the bulb.
