It will be fine, if you let it COMPLETELY dry out before you put the battery back in and turn it on. Most people will try to turn it back on right once they take it out of the liquid, and that's when things get fried

Switch it off immediately .
and dry the phone in sun for a whole day and on it again .

Me and my dad have been walking interior the park and that i spotted it grow to be icy so I mentioned to him, "pay attention for the ice, dad"... a pair seconds later I finally end up tripping on gravel. human beings rushed over to be sure if i grow to be ok.
