Disney's open calls which are held in cities like Austin, TX usually expect ages 12-18 but there are no doubt some variances. AS you follow the calls on the Disney web site, they will announce any age limitations.

Disney doesn't hold open casting calls. There are companies that use "Disney Auditions" as bait to get people in and then try to sell them services that supposedly help them in their acting career (schools, photographers, showcases). Basically they're a rip-off. So if this is some ad you've heard on the radio or read in the paper - it's not a real Disney call. (See the official Disney site: http://tv.disney.go.com/disneychannel/opencall/ ).
As a casting director for Disney says:
"You’re locked into a certain age range that the network believes is its sweet spot. So I can’t cast someone who’s 16, because in three years when the show is maturing, they’re going to be playing college age. Disney is very specific about wanting their audience to be able to relate to the age of the characters onscreen."
(See: http://www.backstage.com/advice-for-actors/inside-... )
If you're looking for a professional acting career, you might want to do more research into the industry to make sure you understand how things work. There are a lot of scams and ripoffs out there that prey on people who think they can just be "discovered".

there are good online souces for casting calls. Try Backstage or other good sites. It really depends on what they're looking for, and internships are available depending on what you're interested in doing (backstage, lighting, and so on.) Seriously, the best way to starts is go subscribe to the trade papers and look online.
Good luck.
