I get squeamish when watching Zombie movies, meaning I've only watched a few

"The Walking Dead" is the only zombie themed show I'll actually stand to watch, it's amazing!

I love the 28 Days/Weeks Later, their great movies, and capture that rare grittiness and realism (as far as you get with zombie stories) you find in zombie media now, as most of it has the realism destroyed by putting in 'special' zombies, which is one of the things that ruined Dead Island for me.
Cabin in the Woods (I thought it was pretty crappy) has zombies in it, and the 'vampires' in Stake Land are more like zombies than vampires really.
I think the best zombies are the in between sprinting and waddling zombies, like the ones in the updated version of Dawn of the Dead.

28 days later because of the fact its not the conventional zombie action picture it actual has an incredible tale. Its filmed in an exceedingly useful way. taking off 20 minutes is staggering. guy wakes up from a coma n actually is the only guy or woman walking contained in direction of the streets of england. Very gritty action picture that the contaminated human beings are an afterthought. They ultimately get to the army base and comprehend they're attempting to start up a sparkling civilization by using raping woman. Its deep for a horror action picture.
