As a nice rule of thumb you shouldn't put any experience older then 5 years on a resume to help prevent overflowing your resume.
Since you want to get your A+ you can put that in a "certification" part of your resume and include a future date as a goal to when you want to get it.
You should also create a linkedIn profile and put a link to it on your resume. LinkedIn is a great place where you can list ALL of your experience as it's a website and easily expandable.
