Preserved lemons brown?
I made my first batch of preserved lemons. They have gone slighty brown... does this mean I did something wrong? Are they still OK?

The lemons should be ok when preserved for a long time they brown. My family puts them with sugar and preserve for months and the entire jar is filled with it. I asked my dad and he says the lemons are still ok to eat, but the entire thing can mold if you use anything wet to take them out. Enjoy!
