Maybe you are feeding her too much, or even coaxing her too much and too often. You definitely shouldn't have to do that with a healthy 7 week old puppy, maybe she's turned it into some sort of habit. If she hasn't wasted away by now I don't think I would be that worried about it. If she is severely underweight, take her to the vet to see if there's a medical issue.

Prednisone is not to increase a dogs appetite, don't go there.
Instead, try the following. I know that this works because I have had several private emails.
If your dog has been refusing her food, I suspect that you have been tempting her to eat and giving her treats when she refuses her food. NEVER EVER TEMPT A DOG TO EAT. If a dog is ill, this can upset her stomach and if she is not ill you will turn her into a picky eater.
Try this. Prepare her food, if it’s dried food soak this in warm water to make it more appealing, then leave it out of her reach whilst you eat a biscuit. Make yum yum noises and walk away. Go back and stand near her food bowl and eat another biscuit and do the yum yum noises again. Tell her to sit and then put her food down and give her permission to eat. Count to TEN yes TEN and if she does not make any attempt to eat it, pick it up. You must then wait until her next feed is due without giving her any treats or any other food. Then go through the above procedure again
I will be surprised if you need to pick it up a third time. While she is eating this walk away, don’t praise her for eating her dinner and do not make any fuss. The next time that she is due for a feed, prepare it, eat a biscuit and afterwards put her food down and walk away. If this does not work, take her to the vets.

First off switching food will make her more picky. Try to find a healthy food and stick with it. I have a couple of questions.. why are you concerned? Is she drastically underweight? Second, do you eat with her? Dogs are social eaters and prefer to eat with their pack. As long as you don't have any aggression issues, she may eat better if you feed her when you eat your meals. And finally have you talked to the vet about your concerns?

If she is a BOXER (lord knows they eat everything) who only eats a cup of food every other day, i'd be alarmed.

Call a veterinarian, perhaps.
