OKAY. i had the same problem. i hired a dog trainer and my dogs was amazing at walks after one session.
buy her a gentle leader, if yu dont know what they are look em up.
but theres AMAZING.
i really suggest it. its the leash that goes around their nose, it may look like it hurts them but it doesnt. just buy one that fits. after you buy one this is what you need to do;
when you walk out of the door, make sure she goes behind you, so you walk out the door first not him. (you wanna teach him your the boss)
okay so when you get out of the house im guessing she goes crazy and maybe pulls you? and goes ahead of you?
when she does that, pull on the gentle leader and say "shhh" like your shussing her, but make it very FORCEFUL. dont make it like a litttle shush sound shell never listen.
do it like you mean it.
if she keeps it up, stop walking and when she stop keep walking, if she goes ahead of you shhh her again remeber when you shhh her you need to pull on the gentle leader.
you may wanna try doing the "shhhh" in the house, like if you see him do something hes not suppose to then "shh" him, remeber do it forceful.
maybe like put something on the floor that he likes but not suppsoe to get. like some food or something and when he goes towards it "shhh" and stomp your feet. so that he knows what the shhh means.
i hope this helps. it did tremedous work for my dogsss, (:

Get him a prong collar. They are GREAT for training! and don't hurt the dog.
