Why do people still bring up spygate?

The patriots have been successful since they drafted brady but since spygate which happened 7 years ago it seems that is the only argument patriots and mostly Brady haters have they have been to 3 SBs since then and just made the conference final for the 2nd straight year. Also other coaches admitted to also record teams and the patriots weren't even penalized for that it was the position they did it.

i feel that's the only thing haters say to make them feel better that the pats and brady dominate their team and ignore that Brady>>>>Manning
