Who's to blame for Madrid's horrible form?

I think the reason they are flopping this season follows this hierarchy:Mourinho,Perez,players

Mourinho should take the most of the blame for several reason.He is the on in charge of writing tactics,setting up the squad and assuring that the players are in their right form.Now,it can be easy for even him to blame the players,but the truth is,if he knows the players are not in good form it is his job to assess that problem.Next,he has little balls.In his two years at Madrid he has blamed everyone and everything and takes very little blame himself.That shows the type of person he is.Now,i had always been a bit skeptical about his 'potential'.He has won so many trophies,but he leaves right before he starts flopping.He never stays long enough to see him win for a long period of time.Now at Madrid we are starting to see his true face.He can't even create complex attacks.The other problem i have with him is that he has tainted the facade of my club.Some say he doesn't but he has done so many stupid and unforgivable things that has made Madrid look like the bad guys in the picture.I'm a Madridista not a Mourinhista.The next thing is his signings.As much as i like Kaka,he should have left in place of a player like Gotze or Isco.Essien was a total waste when a right back was of utmost importance.Modric is good,but not necessary had madrid sold kaka for a younger attacking mid.Mourinho tries too hard to make himself the victim when in truth he is not.

Florentino, also has a lot of of blame to take.Why?He has given Mourinho too much power.The Moudridistas,will disagree with is but it is true.Prior to him arriving,Madrid was on the brink of having great success with Pellegrini. In his first season he made 97 points,by now i'm sure he would have made madrid even stronger.Instead,perez fires Pellegrini and makes the mistake of hiring Mourinho.So far with Mourinho Madrid is going through a huge crisis both outside and inside the pitch.

The players should have the smallest amount of blame.Why?They have the least say in the club.They are paid to follow the tactics of their managers and abide by what he says.Some have been in bad form,but take a closer look,Ramos,Pepe,Coentrao,Alonso,Khedira,Benzema,Di Maria and Ronaldo to name a few are in top form.All Mourinho does is blame the players.He is the one making the bad tactics.The players for the most part are doing what they should,but Mourinho is far from top form.

Dont blam coach......they have the most intelligent tactician.....but it seems players are not doing it......when I see them playing it looks like they have nothing in their mind what to do.....they will keep passing that too very bad.....if I was coach.....i would first improve their passing accuracy.....its very poor form....to remove this black dot from their shirt....they will have to come back stronger than ever nxt season.....which seems impossible if mourinho leaves....no one knows how to handle barca except the special one.....put aside his bad attitude for a mnt....and think again....
