SKYRIM 360, How do i find various enchantments easily?

So i'm trying to find an easy way to get, fortify magic, health, stamina, alchemy, etc,

I read you can save in front of Ulfberth's vendor and just save and reload but that doesn't work, and I've also tried waiting for a whole day outside, going back in, but he keeps having the same old crap, any ideas? plz help, thx!

    all i do is go to a shop, buy an amulet or weapon or whatever has an enchantment i don't recognise(or find it on quests) and disenchant them. simple. find a haggling amulet and its even cheaper.

    Ride around from major town to major town and check the shops. Between those stop by places and loot them to the bedrock. You should find most of the transmutations in time.

    I used the internet to search up items with certain in enchantments and found out their location that way. Then I went in game and got the item, destroyed it to get its enchantment then I could do it with any enchantment.
