How would you say "I figured" in spanish (or closest translation)?
Someone corrected me on something I already realized, so I want to say "I figured" or something along those lines but I'm not sure how I would translate that.

So you mean you said something you thought would be wrong, he/she corrected you, and you want to say that you already knew it would be wrong?
The most common thing to say is "Me lo imaginaba" (I imagined so). You can also say "Lo suponía" (I suposed so). Those are the most used, specially the first one.

As in "I figured she would go"? Probably with the verbs "pensar" (to think); "creer" (to believe); or "imiginar" (to imagine)

"Eso pensé" would be a good translation for your situation. It means "that's what I thought".
