Is Obama a hypocrite on gun control?

Question

So he needs more gun laws and restrictions to protect us.  Even if he has to issue executive orders for our own good.

He sends his daughters to a school with a dozen heavily armed guards and Secret Service guys.  He still thinks other schools should be gun free zones.

Recently signed a bill giving his family lifetime protection with guys with guns. (Secret Service)

Why are they good for him, but bad for everyone else?

The only "gun problem" in the US is elitist politicians who are armed or have armed guards and then say they don't want citizens protecting themselves. They are either flat-out hypocrites, or can't trust their own selves being armed, and think everyone else is as psychotic as they are.

This is childish. 

They are talking about a ban on assault weapons. period. Why do you want one? What possible reason could anyone have for wanting one? I can only think of one reason.

NO ONE has said one word about taking away your rifles or pistols. Assault weapons never should have been legalized for civilian use in the first place. 

What's next? Are you gonna complain that you should have the right to own an atomic bomb?
