How many genres of music are there?
Just genres, not sub-genres. I'll give an example using colours. There's blue, pink, red, brown, etc... Don't include jungle green, phthalo blue, coral, burnt sienna, etc... I want to know because I want to listen to at least one song from every genre. I would consider classic rock a genre, not a sub-genre, but that's my choice. List what you think counts as a genre.
