BLOOD ON TOILET PAPER AFTER.....?

After I poop and wipe my butt, i see blood on the toilet paper. its not much and i dont see it in the stool. just streaks on the toilet paper. im never constipated and poop with ease once a day several days a week. i workout five days a week and eat a pretty healthy diet. my rectum isnt sore and i do not participate in anal sex at all. my poos look normal. this has probably been happeining off and on for about 2 years...but i just had my youngest son the first time an thought it was just hemmorhoids or fissures....i dont have an appointment until the 28th of january..i have lective surgery set up for march 29 so i want to get this squared away prior to that...anyone experience this? any insight? only mature answers please
