Is it just my imagination or do Buffalo Wings taste like chicken?

They are vestigial wings back from when the buffalo diverged from their common ancestor with the chicken.

Besides, everything taste like chicken,, don't you know that? Or is that only an American saying??

I've often wondered how buffalos could ever fly with those tiny wings. The wings do taste like chicken but buffalo burgers taste more like beef. Strange animals those buffalos.

Oddly enough yes, yes they do....

The Buffalo, or Bison seems to be my provincial mascot. I eat it often....there was even a farm not far from my parents beef operation....

Yet damned if I've ever seen one with wings yet. And so tiny for such a big animal....maybe that's why they don't show...

Or maybe they are just imported & the foreign buffalo are very tiny & fly.....I just don't get it.

We refer to them as "wings"...

If they taste like chicken.. they don't have enough sauce....

They are chicken. Buffalo don't have wings. They got their name from the city the recipe was developed in not the animal

And we are very glad of that fact too. :) Just as long as the Hot isn't too spicy on the wings that is one of my favorite snacks.
