The girl that could climb tree? On the monitor, when Katt stuck up her 3 finger salute to the crowd, you think that black man who started a riot was that little girl's dad? I didn't get that at first, I just thought the people watching was Katts district people, thinking that the salute was just the people in her district's GANG sign, if you will.

It could have been her dad but it wasn't clearly stated in the film or the book that it was her dad.
