5Dmiii shutter count on mac?

I've been searching online but can't find any solid information on finding the shutter count on a Canon 5D Mark III with a MAC OS X. Much appreciated

Generally speaking, there is no practical way to get the shutter actuation count on a canon DSLR outside of being a canon authorized repair center without hacking it with after-market firmware. The shutter count isn't embedded in EXIF data like in nikon's DSLR's. I can't say for sure whether it works on a Mac, I assume it does. There are other tools that you can play around with and more info here: http://www.canon5dtips.com/on-the-web/finding-the-...
