are these early flu symptoms?

I'm really paranoid about getting the flu and I'm sure i've made myself feel worse in my head lol I started cleaning under my bed about two days ago and sneezing a ton (I have bad dust allergies) since then my sinuses feel kinda clogged and when I wake up in the morning I have a dry nose and mouth (I chalked that up to the heat in my house) yesterday I was at a hockey game and jumped up when my team scored and got dizzy (which is probably from the congestion) and today I woke up and my neck and shoulder blade muscles hurt but I woke up with my pillows on the floor so I'm pretty sure its just because i slept wrong. I have no fever, and no chills. Could this be the flu or just allergies or a sinus infection or something?

No. The thing which most clearly tells you that you have flu rather than one of the other viruses that people get in the winter, is that flu comes on fast. It doesn't build up over a couple of days. In the morning you feel rough, and by the evening you are clinging to a radiator shivering hot and cold.

It could be coming down or you're already dealing with a mild rhino virus ( head cold ). The flu is something that one comes down with in one hour's time. One minute you're great! 10 minutes later, it feels like someone pulled the plug and all your enery left, you start to get cold, you begin to ache and you have to go lie down. Most flus start like this, and take a good night and day to fight off. It can last a couple weeks too, which sucks if you lose work from it or school time. Just go to bed, take tylenol, or advil, drink drink drink and rest. Body needs to rest to fight this one off. With a cold, the body needs time to fight it off. Usually 14 days.

The flu just wipes you out right away but take your temperature and monitor carefully.
