How to sign in youtube account?

I can sign in my youtube account through my iPad. Same username and password. I can see videos and what I have subscribe to. But I can not sign in through the laptop. I don't know why but it is asking me through Google Account. I don't have ymail to google account to verify the address, is that why?

I do have a gmail youtube account that goes with google account.

How can I sign in my youtube account by using a laptop or computer? The iPad seems to go through but using a laptop is better because I can edit and save and gives me options than an iPad can't.

    Hi,

    If,you have a gmail account then acces your you tube account with the help of gmail account .In this way you can sign in to your you tube account by using laptop or Computer.

    There are two Youtubes, one for iPads, and such like things, and the other for laptops and PCs.

    Please go to Youtube on your lap top, and sign in as a new user. This will certainly cure your problem.
