    Government and people must abide by the Constitution. The Supreme court's job is to judge if laws are legal in regards to the Constitution.

    that would be b. supreme law of the landl any law repugnant to the constitution is null and void. also section 71 - 72 of the 16th am jur 2nd edition says no emergency justifies a violation of any constitutional provision
