Can the neck be severed by just stabbing?
There are seven bones in the neck that comprise the seven cervical vertebrae. Can it be severed, or at least almost severed, if it was stabbed by a large cutting tool like a bolo knife? Hacking, yes. But stabbing?

Yes it's possible if there is s huge amount of force to cut the bones in the neck
