you can use koolaid. sugar free koolaid will last longer. add to boiling water and dip hair in it. check out videos online.

honestly i would not do it. you could probably use bleach and or hydrogen peroxide to get the blonde color you want but it could SERIOUSLY damage your hair and you can get great cheap dye for ten and under i promise!
