Yonger dog jealous of older?

So I have two dogs. Both are adopted mutts from the humain society. They are german shepard mixes.

The older is Shepard - Ridgeback, 6 years old and 60lbs (female)

the younger is Shepard - Great dane (we think) 3 years old and 50lbs (female)

The older dog is obviously the alphafemale by the way they play and interact. The only issue is the younger one gets jealous of the older one. When ever I give the older one attention, the younger one comes over, licks the older ones muzzle/face and starts a fight.

How do I stop the jealousy so I can spend time with my older one and giver her the attention she used to have with out the younger one literally getting in the middle.

The older one respects when I give time to the younger one and I give spend pretty equal time with the two so it isn't that the younger one is deprived of my affection.

Thanks!

Update:

I do mean "younger" sorry for spelling mistakes....

Update 2:

I had the older for 3 years more than the younger and she is obviously the alpha but that is okay. She is supersweet. She has never been mean to the young one. The young one was obviously abused before her adoption because she runs away at the sights of belts, spatulas and other objects. The older one we believe has noticed this and is even nice enough to share her bones with the young one. The older also knows I am in charge, never challenges me. Just so super sweet all around. It is just that the young one doesn't let me pet the older one some times.

Same thing happened with my dogs, the younger dog is just trying it's shot at alpha. I would suggest spending an equal amount of time with them even if you have to separate them to do it. Or if you're patting the older dog and the other comes up i would walk away and take the older dog with you.

Let them know u r the alpha, id look up some Caesar Milian (dog whisperer) maybe buy some videos to make it a reality, as well as dont make a distinction between them. Let them knw they r both equal nd u r the alpha. id look up dog whisperers in ur area as well, maybe even ask n the petstores.
