How many times a week should I clean my betta tank?

I just bought a betta and wanted to know how many times I should clean its tank

Update:

I do use a betta H2O cleaner for its wanted i use 3 drops the first time I cleaned his cage which was yesterday cause I got him yesterday

    That depends entirely on what size/volume the tank is, whether it's filtered, if it's been cycled, etc.

    Pet shops are honestly the worst place to get advice from. 1-2 gallons not livable for any fish in my opinion and would need daily water changes of 50%+. 2-3 gallons every 3-4 days of 50% or slightly less. 5 gallons once a week of 25-30%. 10 gallons 20% once a week, in 10 gallons with just a betta you could probably go a week and a half.
