How to download and save an HTML document instead of just a link?

I need an easy way to download and save an online document instead of just the web link. I need to save the actual document to a flash drive, then take it to another offline computer in another location to print it. So far, all I've been able to do in HTML is save the link to the webpage. I need to keep the original formatting, because if I try to save it in Word or Text formatting, the document becomes difficult to read.

Have you tried using the cursor to highlight all the text, then in your word processing app> 'Paste' and save as ".rtf" (rich text format)?

In Firefox, go to File, Save Page As and indicate a name and where you want to save the page. IE is very similar.
