Laws fluctuate with the aid of vicinity. If you happen to had something like this happen prior, you typically should have been just a little extra cautious to ensure matters had been happening thoroughly this time. And where the heck did these luggage you bought surely go? With it going down with 12 of them, what was once happening with persons emailing and complaining and terrible suggestions and the whole lot? How are you getting the money from persons in case your friend is supposed to be delivery things? And what does the buddy get out of it? Did you provide them money for what they were supposedly doing? Anyway, you'll have got to talk to something authorized provider more in depth. You are more often than not watching at getting charged with whatever, as a minimum on the companion degree. And yes, you "by no means did nothing" mistaken on this -- i.E., you did.

Laws vary by location. If you had something like this happen prior, you probably should have been a bit more careful to ensure things were happening correctly this time. Anyway, you'll need to talk to whatever legal service more in depth. You're probably looking at getting charged with something, at least at the accomplice level. And yes, you "never did nothing" wrong in this -- i.e., you did.
