He already admitted that he lied to the police, so he has no credibility.

He WAS convicted of obstructing justice, both for lying to the police, and getting rid of evidence (the suit)

He WAS charged, and he was NOT found innocent.

he had to rat out his friends, to get a "deal" for reduced charges;

If he didn't do it, he knows who does.

I'm pretty sure he wont get any questions about his involvement or they would have already been asked over the last couple of weeks... Seems like the only people that care enough to bring it up are users here and Wes Welker's old lady......
