Which is a better definition of marriage: a close relationship between two people who love each other, or just?

Marriage is about love and commitment, not genitals.

Why are you trying to reason with those people? I don't think the Bible or any religious script says you have to be in love with someone to marry them.

It's the people who push for a less strict definition of marriage that bring love into the equation. Saying two people who are in love should be able to get married is not a good argument for a practice that doesn't even require love in the first place. You know what I'm saying?

A marriage is a promise to love no matter what happens.

If you love the other person, you make a decision to limit your choices.

The fear and desire may subside, but affection can only grow if your heart is in it.

Unfortunately, most have trained themselves to believe that it's ok to be with multiple partners.

Homosexuals should be allowed the right of marriage so they can suffer right along side heterosexual people and pay alimony and court fees when they get a divorce.

Neither. It's two people who have a piece of paper that gives them certain tax and legal advantages.

Love each other. Although ( in my opinion ) love never lasts.
