rattling noise coming from my car, what could be wrong?
theres a weird rattling noise coming from the front end of my car it sounds almost like if you put a coin in a metal coffee canister and shook it around it doesn't stop when i break and it doesn't stop when i accelerate (though i dont think its as loud when i accelerate) any ideas what it could be?

Since you said the rattle is near the front Id say its your catalitic converter shield. Not a big deal at all. Unless the rattle is more noise then you can stand it not really a dire issue to get fixed

A noise like that could be anything. I have had noises similiar that turned out to be exhaust heat shields that get a little rusty and part of it comes loose and rattles very loudly at times.
Really need to have a serviceman look at it to be sure its not something serious.
