Lose weight fast on an antidepressant?
I'm currently taking 50mlg of pristiq and 150 of Wellbutrin. I wanna know if it's possible to lose weight while taking an antidepressant? And how can I lose 30 lbs in 6 months? I used to be 130 I looked amazing over the past 2 years I gained 30 lbs and feel blah! Anyone help! Thanks

Doesn't seem like Shih Tzu actually read what you said. She gained weight after starting anti depressants, not when she got depressed. And actually a lot of people gain weight when they start taking anti depressants. I don't even think Shih Tzu even understands depression. You can't just "snap out of it" it's not that simple.

Antidepressants don't cause you to gain weight, although being depressed will. You feel 'blah' because of the depression and lack of physical activity. You have probably been eating comfort foods too. Get a hold of yourself and start working out, even if it's just walking. Eat healthy and soon you will be back to your slim self. Looking better will help with your depression too.

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full
