Blood platelets is suppose to help clotting blood when we bleed... Example when you accidentally cut yourself, did you realised that the bleeding stop after a while? It's bcuz of the blood platelets! So when your blood platelets is low, especially 70, it could be quite dangerous.....

Because of the low blood platelets, it could be dangerous... But since you're 13 weeks pregnant, I think you're consider as lucky... The doctors would've done something to increase your blood platelets so don't worry... There's still a long way for your delivery...
