Engineered antibodies and immunotherapy?

hey everyone,

just doing a bit of reading around the use of engineered antibodies but the terminology seems to be interchangeable. Do all immunotherapies use engineered antibodies? And secondly, how do engineered antibodies work?

References would be awesome if you have any,

Thanks!

Allergy immunotherapy does not. It uses a very tiny extract of the substance to which you are allergic, like one part per 10,000,000 to start with. The dosage is slowly increased over several years.
