How long do returns take to process with ASDA?
Recently returned something (by collection) to ASDA. Does anyone know how long it will be until I am refunded the cost of this product?
That is a some what pointless response don't you think seeing as I am asking here? If they had been able to say then I wouldn't have wasted my time asking.
The man I spoke to hadn't been working there very long, didn't know and I do not have a land line at my current address and do not wish to pay 50p per min for a conversation on my contract that I do not need to have if someone is able to assist me here.

Not at all.
You'd be amazed at the number of people who ask questions on this website, without even bothering to talk to the company who actually has the information they need. If you had included that absolutely vital piece of informant in your original question, you would have got a much more helpful answer, wouldn't you?
There's no point in asking half a question and expecting a complete answer.
