i was just wondering if anyone has ever had experience with this site or if they know it's safe to buy from. It's hard to find any reviews about the site though but the ones i have found seem to be positive.

Do NOT buy from them. Honestly if their website is that slow [implying that they are running it on an extremely cheep server] they don't have a lot of money therefore they aren't actually real. Just a gimmick.
Why would you take the chance? And would this "deal" still be a deal if you didn't get what you paid for? Nope. Stay away from sites that aren't mainstream and NEVER EVER EVER buy from a site that isn't in America and is questionable.
