What's a good router my family could get?
People who use my house's wifi is my brother's laptop, my father's laptop, my PC, and my iPod, that makes four devices onto the wifi.
When one person uses it, it's usually ok, but if me and my brother use it at the same time I can't stream movies or watch Youtube or anything like that. What would be the cheapest router to upgrade to without spending over $75?
Our current router is a D-Link n150 DIR 601
Thanks :)

It won't matter, no router will fix your problems.
Let me explain:
A fast wireless router or WiFi connection does not make your Internet faster.
A wireless router connects two separate networks and manage the traffic between them.
In most home network applications the router connects your local group of computers and devices known as the LAN with the Internet, commonly called the WAN or Wide Area Network.
Your WAN speed is determined by your ISP and is measured in Mbps (Millions of bits per second).
For example if you pay for a 3 Mbps DSL Internet connection, you will get 3 Mbps.
No router will change your 3 Mbps Internet speed.
This Internet connection bandwidth is shared by your entire LAN via your router.
For example if you have a 3 Mbps DSL plan and one user is utilizing 2.5 Mbps of the bandwidth to stream a Netflix movie that only leaves 0.5 Mbps for all of the rest of the users on the LAN.
Fast routers are designed to stream large files on your LAN quickly. The high speed routers permit fast transfer of files between devices connected to your LAN, however WAN speed is still limited by your ISP.
Only way to get a faster Internet connection is to upgrade your plan or switch to a faster ISP.
How fast is your Internet connection?
You can test it here: http://speedtest.net/
Basic web browsing and simple online games can be done on practically any broadband connection, 1.5 Mbps is adequate.
Streaming video such as YouTube and Netflix require at least 3 Mbps for smooth buffer free video. For HD Netflix you'll want 10 Mbps+.
As you add devices that you want to operate simultaneously you need to increase the speed of the ISP plan.
DSL is usually the cheapest broadband option, albeit the slowest.
Standard DSL in rapidly being replaced by newer, faster technologies. DOCSIS 3.0 cable Internet has speeds up to a blazing 305 Mbps in certain areas. Fiber optic ADSL2+ and VDSL products are offered in excess of 100 Mbps.
Google and Time Warner even have 1 Gbps fiber being installed, that's a whopping 1000 Mbps. http://isp1.us/blog/time-warner-brings-1-gbps-fibe...
A lot will depend on what Internet providers are available in your specific area and what levels of service they offer in that location.
To compare speed and prices of your local competitors, go to a ISP comparison site that lets you input your address, http://isp1.us/find/ and compare the pricing and terms of the offers that are available in your area.
The physical address is needed because some services, particularly DSL, are very distance sensitive. For example you might be able to get a specific level of service while your next door neighbor can't.
You'll want to pick the fastest plan that fits your budget. In some areas this can be 300 Mbps+. But these high end broadband plans are expensive. You may find that something in the 5 to 30 Mbps range might satisfy your needs at a much lower cost.
Good Luck...
