The more skin and grease that accompanies chicken tastes better cuz its more filling and because it's the most flavorful. It's the skin.

Under ordinary conditions an un-caged chicken would be flapping their wings regularly and would be considered a dark meat but with modern production, their mobility is restricted and the wing part takes on the characteristics of white meat.

with the amount of oil, marinated sauces, tenderising the wing of the chicken, the sauce absorbs into the skin, and leaves the meat moist and tender, and therefore, its incredibly nice to eat.

Because your taste buds are used to very salty, fatty and spicy flavors. Just like a smoker to cigarettes, they have impaired taste and smell as well.
