Is 280 000 Km/175 000 mi Too Much Mileage for a 2003 Nissan Altima?

The car sounds normal, handles well, and is responsive without slippage. Also, it is very clean, with no rust, and appears to have been taken care of. At a glance without knowing the year, it would be difficult to guess that it was that old. The only thing that concerns is the mileage. The main reason I want it is because I can pay cash, and I think if I get another 50 000km then it's worth it, if I get another 100K it's even better. Thanks.

No but as you have stated "it appears to have been taken care of" means nothing unless the seller can show you the maintenance records because this vehicle is very expensive to repair !!
