Can you ever be 100% sure of your sexuality?

I think so, yes. People that say they're unsure or don't know are just trying to please other people in my opinion.

With studies of animals - rats in particular - they've found that there is a pretty static percentage of a population that is homosexual. When overpopulated or underfed, this percentage raises - and formerly "straight" rats "turn" gay. When the population is back to sustainable levels - or food supplies increase, the "part time" gay rats go back to being straight.

When the experiment is done again - the rats that varied their activities switch sides again... and again. A certain percentage apparently NEVER waiver in their proclivities - being either gay or straight from day one.

This has led SOME sociologists and biologists to conclude that there is a certain percentage of a population that is hard-wired as gay - and a certain percentage that is hard-wired as straight. The ones in the middle CAN vary, depending upon the circumstances.

With humans, some of those circumstances can include cultural pressures and social mores - things like religion, the wrath of parents and peer pressure.

No one is 100% male or female.At least that's what Science tell us on the subject. But most can be 100% certain of their sexuality.

If you are not you need to explore more. I understand it can be troubling for some. Or you may be bisexual. Either way it is all good if you learn to accept it.

In my opinion, no. I am straight from what I know, but I still find the female body and mind extremely attractive. I would never date a female, however. Too much work :)
