Is our dog dying (not moving for anything)?
She's not exactly our dog, but we've been caring for her. She can to our door a while back with an infection on her tail. We had someone come out and take a look at it, and they gave her a shot, but it never seemed to go away.
For the last few days though, she hasn't been up and moving at all really. She acts as though she can't even move her right hind leg. She seems to be weak, shaky, and short of breath, but she perks up quite a bit when I come over to her and pet or talk to her. She even lifts her head up and wags her tail, so she doesn't seem to be all too weak.
We'd like to take her to a vet, but can't until tomorrow as we live out far into the country, it's a Saturday, and the nearest vet clinic won't be open tonight. Is there anything we can do?

The most important thing is to keep her hydrated. Dogs can go without food for a while but not fluid. If she won't drink plain water, give her some canned broth and f she'll eat it, some small bites of plain meat like chicken. She indeed sounds very sick but it's impossible to even hazard a guess as to what might be wrong without knowing more about her and how old she might be.
You did her a kindness by taking her in, and if she is dying, at least her last few weeks or months were with a family who took her in and cared about her.
