Emrick makes me want to pull out my teeth, what an annoying, slurry voice and terrible phrasing. I shut off the sound if he's on so I don't have to hear him describe a soft poke check as "and he KNIFESH the puck along the shide of the netting!" or "Waffleboard" (as a verb, no less).
I'll take that knowledgeable, professional Dave Strader as my second favorite after Ken Kal of the Wings.

Some might find him annoying but I always liked Jim Hughson. I think he has a unique voice.
