see through my teeth?

I hear its from bad enamel or something, but I never drink soda, and never eat candy..

Update:

Also, my teeth hurt whenever I eat something too cold or too hot..

Update 2:

I drink a lot of milk too, well, soy milk cause I'm lactose

    Two things; drink more milk, you have a calcium deficiency as evidenced by the clarity of your enamel, and start using Listerine, it will help with the sensitivity in your teeth after 3 weeks of daily use.
