i work long shifts in a hospital and listen to my mp3 while i work. (not a surgeon don't worry).
i have listened to all of the ricky gervais stuff. all of his podcasts all of his xfm shows and so on..
i love stand up i have listened to all of Louis ck's stand up.
what else is cool to listen to? thats like an hour or so long and is on youtube hopefully.
i LOVE film.. and movies so anything to do with them would be cool.. any cool director interviews or editors anything.. or just great stand up on youtube?

you listen to someone make fun of people with cancer when you are working in a hospital? ;-)

decoder ring theatre is really fun too.
if tiring of comedy you could try StarShipSofa and the other district of wanders podcast
