my hysung 49 cc scooter wont start / run?

rebuilt head new piston and rings 155 psi com points type ignition home brew

1/2 inch spark at 20 degrees BTDC checked with timing light just about starts

carb gas ok ????

    Have you check to see if you have fire? If that's not a problem, check your timing. If firing is, gas ok, timimg is good, it should start.
