Does this guy still like me?

I met this guy in the 8th grade and he was in my class. So he decided to beg the teacher to let him sit by me and then we started talking and became friends and it was obvious that we liked each other because he told people i was his gf even though i wasnt . The next year after summer break he got a gf but would always look at me and stare at me . We ride the same bus and when another guy sits on my seat he keeps staring at me and when i walk with other guys he stares at me. The other day he sat on my seat and was flirting with me even though he has a gf. Does he still like me?
