What do these dreams mean? they feel so real!?

So two nights ago I had a dream I was just over all my stress. I was doing well in school and I was working well and I wasnt sexual active but I got pregnant from a guy friend that have in real life. Latley hes been pissin me off tho. But I was so scared. I felt lost and wasnt going to give it up because I felt I had to swallow my fears. So I gave birth to a son that seemed very feminnan. Then I woke up

Then last night: I had a dream about me being trapped in my grandmas house. (In real life she died two years ago from a storke but she was paralized from the waist down on one side of her body) and I wanted to leave so bad but couldnt. So I looked and the front door was open and I was eatting. But before I walked out I said to my grandma "look nani I have healthy food" and she jumped out of bed and ran for me (mind you shes paralyzed and died 2 years ago) and right as I reached for the door handle I looked back and she had the scariest, most mean, evil looking, most determined face on to stop me from leaving. But then i woke up.

My mom interpurated that im going towards something evil or bad and my grandma is just tryjng to protect me from it. But idk what im doing... so can someone please interpurate these dreams?!
