Algebra Rate / Time / Distance Problems?

I'm using the Algebra Structure and Method textbook and we're on chapter 7 (which is rate/time/distance with ratios). I remember being really good at these problems (back in chapter 3) but now I can't seem to remember anything about them and I'm missing all the problems!

I understand the concept, but I don't know what to place in the chart and where everything goes. I also don't know what kind of equation I should use (make them equal, add, subtract, etc.) to get the answer. I have a quiz on it tomorrow, and I would really appreciate ANY help!!!! Thank you.

    post a question! so we can help you that way---thats the only way i can help---and reread the chapter examples or redo them --you can see where you are making your mistakes
