problems with Adobe cs6 photoshop?

i bought the disks to download the whole Adobe suite of cs6 programs and have been using them for awhile now when i try to open Photoshop it says the trial has expired, this doesnt happen with any of the other Adobe programs(fireworks, indesign etc) and i bought the whole thing its not a trial version. theres an option to "license this software" is that what i have to do?

You should have the serial number on the package of disks.  That is the key to unlock the program.

Also, if you registered it with Adobe, they will have the information you need.

You should be able to enter your serial number/activation key when it says "license this software". You do NOT need to pay for anything else if you've already bought it. If that doesn't work, call Adobe support or use their chat support. Have the following information available beforehand:

Your Adobe ID and password
Any email that you used to purchase the software (e.g., the email they may have sent when you bought it which includes your key and the transaction info (receipt)). 
The activation key/serial number of your software. 

Try the chat support first. If you can't get it fixed that way, then call. If you call early in the morning (weekdays only, which is a bit silly), you're more likely to get talked to without being put on hold for 2 hours.

Maybe the package you bought only included some features on trial basis. Contact Adobe and find out.

Or you may not have activated the program yet

What do you mean by "I bought the disks to download the whole Adobe suite of CS6 programs"?  

 You should have either bought the discs, or downloaded it.  You shouldn't have to buy discs *to* download it.

Next question.  how much did you pay for it?  If you bought a legitimate copy, You would have paid around $3500.00 for the retail version, or around $800.00 if you bought a student/teacher version.

Are you running on a Mac? There were a lot of problems with this a month or so ago that had to do with a bad update out of whack with their licensing data base.

i met the problem before. considering their service, i gave up.
i just bought a new one from Windows81Keys.com after comparing several sites on yahoo, as their price attracted me.
guess what happens, it worked successfully. hope my experience is helpful to you.
