Best Point and Shoot Camera?

Hello

I Need a Help.

I'm looking a Best Point and Shoot Camera for both Decent Picture quality and video too, for under $450.

I have done some research on such as......

Canon SX50 HS, Canon G15.

Nikon P510,P520

Sony DSC-HX200V

or anything else.Suggest me.
